1. Who operates this site
This website presents Everchart, a universal electronic health record (EHR) and hospital management information system (HMIS) under active development. The registered operating entity — to be published before general availability
2. This is a private preview, not a clinical system
Every dashboard, patient name, figure and operational value shown on this site is synthetic. The preview exists to demonstrate workflow design and product direction. It is not a live clinical environment, is not for diagnosis or treatment decisions, and must not be used to manage real patient care.
Nothing on this site is medical advice. Everchart is not presented to you here as a certified or regulator-cleared medical device, and no such claim is made until it is separately documented in a signed agreement.
3. Permitted use
You may browse this site and submit an application on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to represent. You agree not to:
- submit real patient information, clinical records or any personal health data;
- attempt to access private areas, reviewer tools, accounts or infrastructure you have not been granted;
- probe, scan, overload or interfere with the service or its underlying systems;
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content, design or software except as permitted by law;
- misrepresent your identity, your role or the organisation you claim to represent.
4. Applications and evaluation
Submitting an application does not create a contract, partnership or commitment of any kind. Applications are reviewed by our team, and we may accept, waitlist, decline or withdraw any application at our discretion. Any pilot is scoped and agreed separately in writing.
Information you provide must be accurate. If your private application queue is unavailable at the moment you submit, the site tells you plainly that nothing was stored, instead of silently discarding your details.
5. Private preview access
If we grant you access to a restricted preview area, that access is personal to you, non-transferable and revocable. You are responsible for keeping any credentials or tokens confidential and for telling us promptly if you believe they have been exposed.
6. Intellectual property
The Everchart name, logo, interface design, product concepts, text and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. No licence is granted to you beyond viewing this site and applying to the founding network.
Photography on this site is licensed stock imagery and is illustrative only. It does not depict the facilities, staff or patients of any named organisation, including our founding care partner.
7. Founding care partner references
Everchart is universal by design. Where a partner such as Mercy Hospital is named as a founding care partner, that reference describes a product co-design relationship only. It does not imply endorsement of any claim, and no partner's patient data appears in this public preview.
8. Availability and changes
This is a preview. Features, content and availability can change, pause or be withdrawn at any time without notice, and we do not promise uninterrupted access or that content is complete or error-free.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, this site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or any decision made in reliance on synthetic preview content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The agreed court jurisdiction — to be published before general availability
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product develops. The effective date at the top of this page always shows the current version, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be raised through our contact page or through the founding-network application form. See also our privacy policy.
