Every approved hospital gets 7 days with all features switched on, and no card is required to start. The trial begins the first time you sign in, not when your application is approved, so you get the full 7 days of real use.
All prices exclude GST, charged at 18 percent and shown separately on your invoice. We accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, and bank transfer for annual and network agreements.
If a subscription lapses, clinical features pause but nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, export your data and settle the invoice, and full access returns the moment payment clears. See the refund and cancellation policy.
A one-time fee covers configuration, data migration from your current system, on-site training for your teams and go-live support. We charge for it because implementations that are given away are the ones that get abandoned halfway.
