Set up with you
Clinics and diagnostic centres use their separate onboarding path, and our team helps if needed. Hospitals get a guided implementation with training for the workflows in scope.
Payment and invoicing
Prices include taxes. We accept cards, UPI, net banking and wallets, and bank transfer for annual and network agreements.
Your data stays yours
If a hospital subscription lapses, clinical features pause but nothing is deleted. A centre whose year ends can still read its records and download its reports until it renews. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Hospital implementation, once
For hospitals, a one-time fee covers the agreed configuration, migration from the current system, team training and go-live support. Timing and source-data suitability are confirmed during discovery. Clinics and diagnostic centres pay no setup fee.
