No sales theatre. If something is not published yet, we say so rather than implying we already have it.
The questions hospital leaders ask first.
If something here is unclear or you need detail we have not published yet, ask us directly during the founding-network conversation.
Start a conversationDo we have to replace every existing system at once?
No. Everchart is designed for phased adoption—module by module, facility by facility—with standards-based exchange so existing systems keep working during transition.
Who owns the clinical data?
Your organisation does. Everchart processes it on your behalf under your instructions, and structured export is part of the platform design, not a negotiation.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosting region is a deployment decision. For Indian partners we deploy in an India region, and the data boundary is documented for your review before any pilot begins.
Is real patient information in this public preview?
No. Every figure, name and dashboard on this site is synthetic. The preview exists to show workflow design, and it is not for clinical use.
How is access to a record controlled?
Access is shaped by role, location and purpose, with least-privilege defaults. Clinical, inventory and financial actions retain an attributable record of who acted and why.
What does joining the founding network actually involve?
You submit an application, our team reviews it, we scope the workflows that matter to you, and only then do we plan a pilot together. No patient data is requested to apply.
