Your organisation does. Everchart processes it on your behalf under your instructions, with the agreed data boundary documented before a pilot begins.
Where is the data hosted?
In India. Everchart's database runs in Mumbai and is encrypted at rest, and the data boundary is documented for review before a pilot begins.
Is real patient information shown on this public website?
No. Public examples are synthetic or illustrative and are not for clinical use. Partner photography does not show partner patients or facilities.
How is access to a record controlled?
General Medicine OPD is a hospital-wide workflow entitlement and is not bound to the active department. Dialysis use also requires the employee’s approved role and hospital entitlement, plus either All departments or the Nephrology & Dialysis department as the selected workspace.
What does planning a pilot involve?
