Does it record eye exams and run an optical shop?
Not yet. Eye exam screens (vision, refraction, eye pressure) and the optical shop are coming soon. Today the plan covers patients, visits, prescriptions, a medicine counter and bills.
Can two doctors work at the same time?
Yes. Your plan includes two doctors and four staff logins. Need more? Talk to us.
Do patients get a printed prescription?
Yes. Prescriptions print cleanly on your letterhead. Spectacle prescriptions will come with the eye exam screen.
Is there a free trial?
No. You see your price when you sign up and pay once for the year. Your year starts the day we approve your centre, and we call you on the number you give us to help you start.
How do I pay?
Once a year, online by card, UPI or net banking.
Can one person run the whole centre?
Yes. Whoever signs up can do every task. When you hire, add people from Staff access in one step.
